Chicken Pickel |
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken -1 Kg
- Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Color for appearance
- Oil-3/4 Cup
- Mustard - 1 tspn
- Ginger garlic Paste -2 tsp
- Red chilly powder-6 tsp
Method:
- Cut chicken into small cube like pieces
- Add turmeric powder, salt and color (red) to the chicken. Keep it aside.
- Now grind ginger and garlic into paste. Keep it aside
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustards.
- Add chicken pieces and fry until the chicken becomes hard.
- Add ginger-garlic paste to the chicken in the pan.
- Keep on frying until it smells good.
- Add red chilly powder to it and fry for 3 minutes
- Remove the pan and allow the stuff to cool down.
- Store it in an air tight jar and refrigerate.
